During my teenage years (Yes, it was the LAST century.) and even during my adult years, I’ve always been tempted to wish I was wired and could lead like someone else.  The leaders that I’ve been most envious of are those who are highly relational and exude charisma.  They seemed to be the ones who could inspire and motivate people to take on huge challenges to change the world.  I wanted to be like them.

“What is God calling me to do with my life? What should I do with my future?” These questions are among the most exhilarating and terrifying sorts of questions.  The big “what” questions shape our lives as followers of God.  Often, they lead us to the places where we find ourselves most whole and fully alive.  But at times, these same questions, the big “what if’s” and “what’s next” can be crippling.
